I think that the Kind Life needs live chat. I am on another vegan website forum that has a live chat and it is very convenient when you have a question that you need a immediate answer to. There is always someone on and chatting about something so it is instant support. You can make a lot of friends like that. I know I have had alot of questions answered that has saved me in the nick of time. I can access it on my phone if I am in the grocery store and need help chosing between two items and things like that. So I hope it is being considered.
what is the other website? sounds like a good idea.
