Breakfast from the Slow-Cooker

This turns out so creamy & delicious! I might add more water next time--it stuck a little around the edges.
Makes 4 servings

4 C Water
1/2 C Barley
1/2 C Farro (or Brown Rice)
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Allspice

Combine ingredients in crockpot & cook on low overnight.
OR
Bring to boil in a pot over the stove & simmer 45 minutes. Fluff.

Just before serving, can add 1 tsp sweetener & 1/4 C blueberries per serving.
