I discovered exercisetv.tv while I was trapped inside my house during a blizzard for almsot a week, and it saved me. Just wanted to share.
For those of you who already use exercisetv.tv--any good free yoga workouts that you'd recommend?
I LOVE <3 exercisetv.tv. My girlfriend who is a stay-at-home mama of 4 uses it and boy oh boy, she's a hot mom!!
It's such a great way to utilize your home and also utilize some great trainers and their tips.
I agree... great site.
I myself haven't found any free yoga practices that I enjoy online. I am a Bikram Yoga junkie, so I'm at the studio 3-4 times a week and keep to that and stick with practioners who are giving class with a specific purpose. I bet there will be a resourceful site out there soon though.
