I've seen some posts about the documentary the cove that deals with dolphin slaughtering and I know that many are upset by the slaughter of both dolphins and whales. Personally I love whales, they are gentle giants and truly intelligent. Actress Hayden Panettiere has begun to protest with the whalman foundation. Sign the petition and learn more information here http://whaleman.org/index.htm

It is heart breaking what is happening (beware of some gorey footage). Help them reach 1,000,000 signatures on their petition! Sign it and send it to your friends, change your facebook status! .. because you CAN help.

We can make a change!

This is a great discussion and I have signed the petition. I'd just like to add sharks to list of aquatic wild life that needs saving. Here are some more petitions that need to be signed.

I live in Vancouver B.C. and I went down to Chinatown to see just how big the shark finning industry is here and I was horrified at what I found.
