I have problems in the bathroom when I drink soy milk and I'm sure I have belly fat because of it. Almond milk is fattening for me too. Rice dream rice milk is the only one I could find and there is no calcium in it. I hate the taste of oat milk. And clearly I'm not gonna drink cow's milk. This is just my experience with milk and I kind of feel like I shouldn't drink milk at all. Maybe just when I'm baking.
