Coconut substitute?

Hi all. I am looking for a coconut substitute. coconut makes me sick. I have a recipe I want to try and it calls for coconut milk.

You could try Almond milk. Depending on the recipe, I would probably use the plain, unsweetened kind. Or you could make the cashew cream demonstrated on Tal Ronnen's website. I haven't made that yet, but it looks yummy and versatile. Good Luck!
