I have a question I hope someone will be able to answer. I am going to make the Azuki Beans w/ Kabucha Squash tonight. Can I substitute Assorted Sea Vegetables (cold) w/ the Kombu Seaweed? If yes, when should I add them? For those who have made this dish...how is it?
I made this dish twice, it's really a simple dish (it's Superhero) and doesn't have a lot of spices. I like it but it's not as tasty as the other vegan dishes with beans. I use the leftovers and mashed the azuki beans and used it for Clean Mean burrito.
