While I know that foods like milk, cheese, and other dairy products in reality are not good for calcium in the long run...what are other good products that I could eat daily to get more calcium into my diet??

Bok choy, okra, mustard and collard greens, along with molasses and turnip greens are some of my favorites that are high in calcium. Every now and again I'll also have soy or rice yogurt. :)
