I'm in the flirting stage and I'm not sure what to buy soy, almond or rice milk? Any thoughts?

I prefer the taste and texture of almond milk. Also, we have a tendency to toy with replacement cheese and meats that are soy, and you don;t want to over do it. :) go with the unsweetened though.

I would say rice milk for cooking and baking, and almond for about everything else. We've used soy milk for years and still get it, but we tried almond milk on sale and found it has a nicer taste.

I love Blue Diamond's unsweetened vanilla almond milk.

I use soy in recipes that need more creaminess, plain rice in "coffee" and unsweetened vanilla almond in cereals.

I try to vary what "milk" I use (sometimes depends on what's on sale!). Don't forget hemp milk also.My favorite milk right now is Eden Foods Soy & Rice milk. Very rich and creamy, tastes great in coffee and works great in cooking too.

I am also in the flirting stage and my nutritionist the great person that she is introduced me to Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk its 60 cents more than regular milk at least in Puerto Rico but it's really great I love it in my oatmeal and at night with some cacao powder or syrup depends on what I have. I do feel like saying the taste is somewhat strange for me at least it seemed a little strong but not in a bad way, try it!!!!!!!! Plus on the completely awsome side it has no sugar, 40 calories per cup and like 3g of fat only. That for me is the coolest thing!!!!!!jajaja

Hi I am also in the flirting stage and couldn't make up my mind so I bought the small individual serving size "juice box" size, this way I dont waste a big container if I dont like it.
