Eco-friendly Fancy-ish dresses?

Anyone have any suggestions on what sites to visit whilst looking for a vegan, eco-friendly dress? I'm looking for something to wear to a fancy dinner. Not ballgown fancy, but proper cocktail hour fancy. :) I would love to buy one of the non-silk Stella McCartney numbers but I am looking to spend less than $150.
