Flaky Skin

Since I started trying to be a Super hero my skin is starting to become Really really dry and flaky. Not my face but MY WHOLE BODY. It could be that I stopped using Omega 3 butter and went back to using Natural Balance. Also my overall fat consumption has gone down significally. I was REALLY fond of butter. HELP!!!!!!!!

You need healthy oils. If you don't consume the Omega3's anymore, you can still get your healthy oils in flax seed oils, rosemary oils, etc...You can also eat foods rich in healthy oils like avocados, olives, etc. It's also okay to take a spoon of olive oil once a day, too. I put Omega 3,6, and 9's in my protein shake in the mornings. Can't even taste them!

I have dry skin too and get itchy when I don't eat enough fats. A 1/4 avocado on your salad is good. Olive oil for sauteing or on your salad or vegetables. Flax seed oil with DHA (from algae) gives you a non-fish way to get DHA Omega 3.

I actually had combination/oily skin until now! It probably is the fats. I just wanted some feedback and am still open to it.
