So, I love being a vegetarian, and only being 20 years old and going to college can make becoming a vegan nearly impossible. But I would like to at least cut out eating eggs and milk and I am worried about not getting enough calcium and other nutrients. Should vegans take a supplement to make sure they are getting the right amount of nutrients?
