I'm just about there. No meat, eggs, cheese, fish but...I can't seem to give up the milk---only in coffe and tea mind you, but I have tried EVERYTHING, and I just can't. I use almond milk in cereal and for baking, but in my hot drinks, it almost makes me gag. I've tried soy and feel the same. Am I being too hard on myself? I just can't give up my coffee and tea.
