I had an Awesome Sandwich today!

I had a great Portabello sandwich for lunch today - recipe from Clean Food Cookbook. Grilled Portobello mushroom on Ezekiel toast with Sundried Tomato Aioli (just pulse Vegainaise with sundried tomatoes and clove of garlic in food processor), topped with avocado, roasted red pepper and lettuce. Soooo..sloppy and yummy! Who needs meat?!!
Sounds great. How long until vegan mayonnaise goes bad? I am wondering because I have never been the big mayo-girl but I would like to pep up some of my dishes with it now...
Do u mean goes bad in the refrigerator? I've had jars for up to 3 or 4 months with no problem. I've never liked the strong egg yolk taste of mayo, but I love Vegannaise!
