i made this last night (and for lunch today) and it was so good! I did not have chic peas so i used kidney and i really loved the taste- even my meat eating husband agreed. That is success enough for me. Happy eating!

This was the first dish that I made from the Kind Diet and I'm hooked!!!!! I had some for the next couple days' leftovers and the spices tasted that much better! mmmmmm - I'll definitely make it again and I can't wait to try other recipes!

It's one of my favorite stand-by dishes from TKD. So yummy freshly cooked and as leftovers. I used the Healthy Valley organic mild veggie chili and it tasted good to me!

Amy's and Health Valley both great chilis to use.

It is delicious and substantial. I am hungry ALL the time and this is actually something that fills me up.

I made this on Saturday and we've been having some for lunch and/or dinner since! So good! Even my husband who likes meat, loves it.

Makes TONS of leftovers and goes great with the Arborio Hot rice with cold lemon, basil, and tomato.

I made this dish for the first time tonight and I agree, it's really good. I happened to make my own beans the night before and decided to whip up a homemade vegan chili today as opposed to using a canned version. ( The tomatoes and garbanzo beans were canned though.) It came out fantastic! I made ginger and garlic spiced kale on the side and served it with whole wheat pita bread. YUM!!!! smiley-laughing.gif
