Candida

Unfortunately, I believe that I have a problem with systemic candida. I have done some research about it online and my symptoms are identicle to what I read about. Can anyone make any suggestions on food items that would be helpful and also food items to stay away from.

I am having the same problem with candida! Glad Im not alone. I was just wondering if you've been able to make any progress with foods? Im just at the beginning and trying to find what works and doesnt. I also have a bladder condition called IC, so that makes food choices a little bit difficult as well.
