Hey, I just saw A.S. on Oprah and was interested in her diet and this site. This looks like a great place to share ideas. One of my passions is looking for alternatives to personal hygiene products. I have been turned off by the idea of petrochemicals in our creams, deodorants,shampoos and such. I have come to love the natural products by a company which uses only the best essential oils for all the above. No more worry about the awful chemicals in toothpaste, shampoo and antiperspirants!!
