Okk so i was wondering what everyones easter menu is going to look like .. i no its a lil early and ive been giving this a lot of thought i am a vegetarian but my brother and his gf are vegan so I am veganizing my moms menu... heres wat i am thinking soo far
Stuffed Artichokes (vegan and non vegan)
Sicilian Collards
Roasted Carrots
Stuffed Spinach Bread (with cheese and without)
Stuffed mushrooms (vegan and non vegan)
* yes i know it sounds like i make everything stuffed lol
Spiralized zucchini pasta with creamy basil dressing
Tomato Bread Bake
Store bought vegan artichoke ravioli
Dessert
Was thinkin brown rice krispy treats but havent decided
I really want to do more dishes than this and i was wondering what everyone else planned on making... Holidays to me mean family and excessive amounts of foods and options.. so pleasee tell me wat u r making??!?! Besides my brother and his gf no one is a vegan so I just want there to be a crazy amount of delicious vegan dishes so that everyone cant help but eat them lol
Oh my gosh, your list made me drool! Our family is going out for lunch this easter. I'm glad because I can order what works for me without anyone giving me a hard time.
Dee, your menu sounds wonderful..and I think everyone will find something they love! I visualize a table filled with lots of colors and different tastes! The brown rice crispy treats are the next recipe I am going to try...tonight. Good Luck with your Easter buffet!
I haven't planned our meal yet but I may consider some of your choices..they sound great.
