First of all, I love how I feel when I am eating as "Superhero" as possible. I try to stick to superhero meals for lunch and dinner most days. Love being "kind" in all respects and this is such a wonderful website and book.smiley-laughing.gif

My first month of going "organic omnivore" to "vegan/superhero" overnight, was not so bad. Achy the 1st couple days, my skin changed, cleared and glowed. Now I am almost through month 2 and my skin is FREAKING OUT! On my face, chest, back!!!! And my skin is usually really clear and bright. smiley-cry.gif Also my sinus are chronically dry and stuffy and I've been getting nauseous a lot. Seems weird with eating fruits, veggies, grains, seeds, nuts...

Just hoping for the light at the end of the tunnel to come quickly. Any suggestions for moving this along? Going to start the netti pot today, and my skin is going to affect my work...so I'm a bit worried that these breakouts may cost me jobs. smiley-undecided.gif

Any advice? How long have your detox symptoms lasted?

Thanks!
Peace,
Cassi

Drink tons of water! that really helped my skin clear up faster as the detox process went along. shoot for no less than a gallon a day.

I agree w/ Alexis about the water.
Try a saline nasal spray or gel for your sinuses. I use a gel and put it on a qtip and run just inside my nostrils - it really helps w/ dryness.
Good luck and feel better soon.
