Eugene is very vegetarian/vegan friendly. There are many place to eat. One my my favorites is Cafe Yumm. It is fast food, but healthy. Beans and rice (with signature Yumm sauce) soups, tofu and tempeh sticks, salads. Fast and yummy growing company.
There is also The Laughing Planet. Lots of burritos, salads, soups, chili, etc. Pretty good, fun place to take kids.
Sweetlife is a bakery. They offer a nice selection of vegan cakes other sweets. Can't miss place!
A new vegan cupcake place "Divine Cupcakes" has also opened recently. Very yummy, with lots of interesting, delicious flavors, like lavender, mint, and peanut butter.
There is also Holy Donuts. So good! Vegan donuts!
Not easy to be a skinny vegan in Eugene, but we also have access to a lot of locally grown products, produce and otherwise.

I know this is from long ago but I just took a road trip to Oregon and Eugene was one of my stops. I just had to add the Garbanzo grill!! So yummy! They have the best vegan burger ever. I also tried their gyro wrap and that was pretty good as well. I wish I had their recipe. Their restaurant doesn't look the most appealing but very much worth it.
