I know this seems super basic and easy, but I am brand new to cooking anything other popcorn, so I'm super proud I actually made this. I had lots of organic vegetable broth left from a previous dish, and hate leaving open containers in my fridge, so I just heated it in a sauce pan and added about 3/4 of the veggies from my "Kleen Pak Soup Mix' I got at the store, and let it just cook for about 40-50 min. until all the veggies were soft. Added some sea salt to taste and a few collard greens. Awesome!
By the way, Kleen Pak Food Inc, is only located about an hour away in Milwaukee, WI, and their soup mix contains 1 1/2 lbs of random raw, unwashed veggies (mine had 2 carrots, 1 diakon, an onion, a turnip, and 2 red potatoes)
