Could use some input

Niki - I did some research on carrageenan and apparently there are two types: "degraded" and "undegraded." The undegraded is supposedly ok (and the one used in some soy and hemp milks) but I think I would rather be safe than sorry.
Thanks again for the heads-up! It just proves that we really have to look at that ingredients list and know EVERYTHING on it!

Soymilks seem to vary a lot. I don't like Silk or 365, but I like Earth Balance original soymilk in my tea. I hated it for a couple of days, because it just didn't taste the same, but I've gotten used to it extremely quickly. I was actually surprised, because I thought that would be one of the hardest things to get used to, because I love my tea (2-3 cups a day)! That's actually a lot of dairy to cut, so I think it's worth it to get used to it. Tea is a comfort thing, and changing up any comforthing thing is bound to be... uncomfortable. haha
