Shopping in New York

So I have a meeting in New York and will add a few days to fulfill an old dream of mine and spend a few days shopping there, trying to find some boho stuff... where is it best to find vegan and organic fashion?
Hey Yvette,I am not sure if you left yet. if you have not i recommend Kaight shop on orchard st. It has awesome boho clothes and a very good vegan selection.

go down to lower east side to Rachels place, and then head over the babycakes for some vegan yummy-ness at 248 broome. I highly recommend......anything there! But for sure get a cupcake. Moo shoes is within a block or two of there for yer vegan footwear, and right across the street from them is this clothing store of organic stuff whos name I can't remember. Then hop on the N/R train and go to the 5th ave stop and hit Barneys. I know, not vegan.....but its Barneys! And they do carry brands like Loomstate and a few other organic ones. It's my special place......if ever I'm unhappy I go there and feel happy again. After that, take a loverly stroll thru Central Park up to 79th street, cut across to 79th and lex and have a meal at Candle 79 - a more perfect day I can not think of! Safe trip!
