I have decided to return to my roots and do what I feel is right. I grew up veg in a meat eating household. My parents were okay with it as long as they saw that I was eating. My belief was that I couldn't eat anything with feet. Unfortunately, I let myself wander away for a variety of reasons, and have suffered with health problems that have been slowly building since. I believe they are completely related to my diet. I have multiple vegan cookbooks, but I saw The Kind Diet and was flipping through it. It was like a slap in the face, WOW, what have I been doing?!! Uggh, no wonder I feel awful. Three days of eating vegan, I feel so much better already. Even my husband is on board, although he is started vegetarian only. A start is a start right!
