I write a vegan food, fashion, lifestyle blog. I have only been blogging for a few months, & would love for you to check it out vegenista.com
Hooray, just what I needed. I'm just starting out and not much of a cook. Hopefully some of these sites are easy recipes! Thanks!
I'm so glad you posted this! I've been looking for a compiled list. I'm a new vegan, but a serious cook. I love seeing what people are making. So fun! I have a vegan blog I just started, but I plan to have lots of recipes to share. Here's mine: http://www.veganpiggy.com/
Tara, I love your blogs and how easy your recipes are, including the ingredients! Thank you for sharing them and your journey. Best of luck to you!
Thank you Daisy Girl :) It's nice to know someone is actually reading it!
I love:
For the amazing food porn that makes me wish I lived in LA: http://www.toliveandeatinla.com/
For the butter sage sauce & creativity: http://cuteanddelicious.com/
I just discovered this one and can't wait to try out the receipes: http://www.cestlavegan.com/
And some day soon I'm going to start my own vegan, fitness, lifestyle blog, when I stop being so lazy :) Does anyone know how it works are far as reprinting receipes from cook books? Probably need permission to do that or it could be a copyright issue.
Oh, I almost forgot my new favorite! This is ran by a guy who's a vegetarian long distance runner. They have awesome running shirts that say "Running on plants". They also have "sweet tooth fridays" where his sister, I think, does a healthy sweet reciepe.

I've already tried the almond quinoa muffins and the oatmeal flax spelt cookies. The muffins were pretty good, a little crumbly though. The cookies are amazing! They're pretty healthy with the oats and applesauce and coconut oil. I'm going to bring them for "energy bars" on a long group fitness training I'm doing this weekend.
