My name's Julia and I have a problem... I think I'm addicted to breakfast cereal! There's nothing I like more than having a nice bowl of cereal for my dinner in the evening. It's always vegan, usually I'll have some weetabix, with rice milk and some Linwoods Milled Flaxseeds and Berries sprinkle thing. Is this really bad? I have a horse to look after so by the time I get home, it's so nice just to have a bowl of ceral- it's like my comfort food! Don't get me wrong, I love brown rice and quinoa and vaggies and beans, and that's what I'll have for my lunch and dinner usually, but at least a couple of times a week I'll go for the cereal. Can anyone ease my conscience? -Julia x
have it for desert! you really are not getting enough nutrition (NO green at all!) out of cereal for meals - I don't know what the brand of cereal is, not familiar with it, but wonder if it has sugar/sweetner in it and that combined with the sweet/sugar of the rice milk is where the "addiction" is. I love me a bowl of cereal, don't get me wrong, but as an "extra" - sorry! I know you were asking for someone to tell you it was fine.....the best I can do is....its better than poptarts!
