Cutting down the nut consumption

I've started this way of eating about two weeks ago and love it. Though it is a transition. I noticed that I'm eating lots of walnuts, almonds, almond and peanut butter.

I'm wondering if it's a natural transition that will eventually tame itself. Or is there something I can do.

I don't mind listening to my body, but I don't want to become too dependent on the nuts, either.
Thanks!

i've always had a bit of a love affair with nuts and nut butters.i'm 5 months in, and i'm sorry to say but i think its actually gotten worse. i can't go a day without at least a tsp of almond or peanut butter:)
