I bought your book a couple weeks ago and my husband and I have started living the kind life. I noticed in your book you haven't discuss hummus. I made some over the weekend and I love it. Is it healthy and perhaps overlooked?
Hummus is very healthful especially if it is not made with too much oil. There are so many versions out there already, I think Alicia wanted to give us new stuff! ;o)
I think the simplest and best tasting hummus recipe i've ever tried came from Gillian McKeith, the english health guru on the tvmachine :)
one can garbanzoslemon juice to tastehandful of cilantrotbsp tahini1 clove garlicas much olive oil as makes sense;) (about 1/2 cup)sea salt
