I have a little bit of concern about Vitamin B12. My husband and I take a supplement twice a week now (dissolves under the tongue). I'm not sure if my kids are getting enough, though. They are 5 and 3... too young to keep the tab under the tongue. I haven't seen children's forms of B12. I know it's in soy/hemp milk, but they really won't drink either for me unless it's in cereal. How much do they need? How can I be sure they're getting enough?

You can also get it in nutritional yeast, So Delicious Coconut yogurt and other hemp products (like oil or seeds, which can easily be snuck into dishes).

It is also in rice milk which my kids like because it is naturally sweet. Or make them some veg cocoa to drink! Non-dairy milk, agave, and organic cocoa!

Also, Rhino brand Gummi Bear vitamins has it. I know they are not exactly superhero food, but with kids, compromise is sometimes useful for getting them their nutrients, especially kids like mine who are very picky!
