Hello, Everyone!
It is an absolute pleasure to peruse this site. I have a small company called Mama Earth's Kitchen that focuses on bringing more awareness and flavor to people interested in plant-based diets. One thing that I love to do is to help people make a smooth, realistic transition from meat to plant-based cuisine. I am a certified natural foods chef and received my culinary education and training at a specialized school (Bauman College for Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts). Thus, I am equipped to handle all kinds of cases and clients who have special dietary needs and desires. I offer private and group cooking lessons in your own home, small scale catering for special events and occasions (like dinner parties, engagement dinners, anniversaries, weddings, etc.) and personal chef services where I come cook meals in your own kitchen and leave you a clean space with meals stored fresh and ready to reheat for the entire week. Wow! I checked out your website and took a look at your menus and MAN would I love to be able to cook like that! I am very picky and everything on your menu sounded delicious! I'm the SF Bay Area or I'd be finding out about cooking classes! Just wanted to let you know how freakin' great your food sounds (beautiful presentation too!)
