Bright yellow urine & Diarrhea

I have been doing the vegan thing for about 6-8 weeks now and I just started taking deva vegan multivitamin and DHA supplements.....could this be why my urine is bright yellow? It is normally a lot less colorful. Also, I was studying today and all of a sudden I got diarrhea like a waterfall (sorry to be so blunt).....trying to backtrack and thing about what it could have been.....just looked like sald etc....maybe i accidentally ate something with dairy in it!? Could have been the orange vinagrette dressing in my salad anyways horrible! Trying to fight off bronchitis and now this....very uncomfortable! Any ideas?
Yellow pee is from the B vitamins. Diarrhea with undigested food is commonly a viral infection but if it isn't gone by now then it could be something else.
I agree with Justin~the bright yellow urine is from vitamins..still a shocker after all these years! The more water you drink, the color will fade.
My stool has been looser and a little off schedule since changing my eating habits, but the only time I had diarrhea since cutting out dairy was when we went out to dinner and I had feta cheese and frech fries. I figured it was either the feta or the grease..or both...ouch!
Hope you get back on track, soon. =)
I'm a pescetarian (I eat fish on occasion). Aside from eating seafood once a month (basing it off a ratio), I pretty much follow a vegan diet. I've noticed if I dap a bit in sweets, or dairy subs (too much soy, almond milk, etc), I get loose bowels. Also, greasey foods, no matter what grease (oil), will trigger this for me too. Just giving my two cents.
I take Vega multi's and my urine is bright yellow in the morning. I'm just taking them until I can get my diet on track, then hopefully I wont need them.
The accidental dairy consumption could definitely have caused the Diarrhea. That happens whenever I have a slight amount of dairy. It's a great reminder not to start up again, lol.
