Well, I have been at this for 6 months now! I am pretty steady at 118lbs. I am playing tennis about 3 days per week and an the alternate days I do something at the gym. I'm loving Yoga now and still weight train but am not nearly as strong. Ironically you can see my muscle now more than ever even though I am probably 20% weaker. As far as food goes, I'm doing great. I have literally weaned myself off of sugar and sweets completely. Don't even crave them anymore. Morning I usually eat some oatmeal with almond milk sometimes adding some cranberries if I have them in the house. I need something in the morning to get me through my work outs. Lunch varies everyday. If I go to lunch with friends I make sure to suggest a place I know I can find something I can eat and will enjoy. Dinner is usually light around 5:30, I love Peppers.... I eat yellow, red and orange peppers everyday is some recipe. Whether I have roasted them in the oven and have with quinoa or brown rice, or stuffed peppers I love them!! My husband has become vegetarian and will eat fish at lunch but will eat what ever I prepare for dinner, so that has helped a lot! If I had to cook chicken for the rest of my family, I'd probably go a little nuts!
