I figured out the secret to losing weight on this!!!

It's funny. I've just made a huge vat of soup and then found this thread! Glad I made it. Will look forward to the benefits this coming week!

lol I just had soup for lunch again.


I have found it to be a huge time saver in the morning. I just load up a container of whatever veg I have on hand, add seasoning (like onion, garlic, herbs, organic veg boullion cubes. Then I pulverize it with my stick blender. Add my "texture" in the form of tofu cubes, beans, cut of celery, etc. Then its all ready to heat up at work!


When i've been too lazy to get myself to the store for fresh veggies, I use some frozen ones. :-)
