I have found it to be a huge time saver in the morning. I just load up a container of whatever veg I have on hand, add seasoning (like onion, garlic, herbs, organic veg boullion cubes. Then I pulverize it with my stick blender. Add my "texture" in the form of tofu cubes, beans, cut of celery, etc. Then its all ready to heat up at work!
When i've been too lazy to get myself to the store for fresh veggies, I use some frozen ones. :-)
