NYC Macrobiotic counselor

I'm reading the book (loving it!), and want to dive right into being a Superhero, but would definitely like the guidance of a macrobiotic counselor. Can you recommend a counselor in NYC? Thank you!

Have you heard anything about Michael Rossoff who has an office in North Carolina and Washington DC? I'm hoping to get an appointment with him, but he is quite busy. Do you know of anyone else in the DC area that has a good reputation?
