I finally found Barley Tea online ( went to 20 different stores in the DFW area). I was so excited to try, only to find that is not very good at all, does anyone have any suggestions to make it taste better??
Thank you

Elle,
Are you drinking it hot or cold? I really love it both ways and usually have some hot in the morning then drink it cold throughout the day. For the cold tea I brew it in the fridge or on the countertop in cold water then put it in the fridge. Occasionally I will add a little agave and a splash of soymilk. I never have liked coffee black but I've really gotten used to the tea as is.

What brands do you buy and where do you purchase? I've looked at every Asian market I know and can't find it anywhere. Thanks!

Jessica,
This is the place I got mine. It's also called Mugicha tea.

I've also heard of other people buying it on Amazon.

I didn't like it at first but just kept drinking it anyway, without sweetener. I grew to love the taste after a while.

Darcy, thanks for letting me know that! I have seen Mugicha Tea but didn't know it was the same. Excited to try!
