I recently made the Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups from the Kind Diet and I have to say, they are WAY better than anything you can buy. I liked them so much I made a whole batch more to take to work for a cake sale we were having for charity.

Then I had so many people telling me how delicious they were and asking for the recipe etc. They didn't believe me when I told them they were vegan! I have been pointing everyone towards the Kind Diet, which will now have a little section of it's own in next months newsletter at work.

It's nice to show non believers how yummy vegan food actually is! And how these PBC's don't stick in your stomach like others I have tried.

I made these a week ago...so good! And you're right, I didn't feel mentally or physically guilty afterward. :)

Just made these for my husband's poker group. One asked if he could have the recipe to give to his wife. That's success. ")

BEST THINGS EVER!! My mom and sister had already made them (they're making lots of recipes from TKD too!) and I made them when I went home this past weekend...Absolutely delicious and honestly better than a ton of non-vegan desserts out there.
