I haven't eaten meat in just over a month, so I'm new to this. Eventually, I'm working my way to being a super hero, but I'm taking it a step at a time. Anyway, I read that I need to be taking a B12 supplement, the problem is choosing which one! The one that I picked has Cyanocobalamin, which is chemically the most air stable, but the activated charcoal they use to purify it naturally has cyanide in it and is absorbed by the cyancobalamin. Once the body absorbs it, it loses the cyanide, but this can't be good, right?? It also does not occur in nature. So, I guess my real question is, what kind of vitamin B12 do I need to look for?
