recipes for Ener-G?

I bought a box of Ener-G egg replacer when I first went vegan. I figured you were just supposed to replace all of your regular foods with vegan substitutes. I have found that's not the case and now have no use for the Ener-g and don't want to waste it. Anyone cook with it?
