Help save a chicken!!!!

I need a suggestion please. I am used to every Saturday night having a couple of Chicken Breasts while watching DVDs with my wife at home. Its a good arrangement except for the chicken!!! I need suggestions about what can I fix that is like chicken but kinder!!! Anybody out there who can help??? Thanks much, scott

Have you tried some of Alicia's recipes using Gardein (substitute chicken)? They are like a chicken breast but not made from chicken.

No I have not tried that yet. I am going to buy my own copy of the book this weekend when I have some money. But I will look for Gardein when I go shopping. Thanks.
