I am just starting to check out MyChelle skin care products and was wondering if any of you use them and have had success? I would like to switch my skin care to more natural products but am worried about breaking out. I have used Proactiv for many years and have had general success, but never 100% clear skin. I think their products are a bit rough. I was hoping that a switch to more natural products might help. Any product suggestions/info would be great appreciated!!
Skincare seems to still be such unchartered territory. I use this website, which may be helpful once you've selected a particular product. I don't know MyChelle, but I'm sure its on this website. They exlplain the ratings and what chemicals are dangerous, etc. It may help you:http://www.cosmeticsdatabase.com/
Thanks Erica for the website - that is a going to be a great resource.
Thanks Karen and Anna!! I have also read a lot of reviews on amazon.com (which appears to have some of the better prices and possibly free shipping) which appear very positive! I think I might try a trial size of the product and see what happens over the summer :) I am thinking a switch to natural might be a great change and very worth it overall. I changed my diet (now I am "pescatarian") several months ago and that has made me feel better - so I figured the skin could benefit too!!
Thanks for the information! I actually came across another line in my searching - Paula's Choice. She has a book called - Don't Go to the Cosmetics Counter Without Me (I think you can still get a free copy if you like her on facebook - I highly recommend checking her out). It critiques all the different makeup/skin care lines. So useful! I am really finding results with her products.
I LOVE MyChelle. I've seriously used everything from high-end products like Tammy Fender to $5 Neutrogena facewashes and MyChelle works wonders for my oily skin. The founder also wrote a book on skin care and discusses what products are best for their skintype. Its a great company and if you sign up for the newsletter, you can usually get 20% off for your first purchase online. Good luck!
I love the fruit enzyme scrub and the night cream. I use the night cream during the day too. A little goes a LONG way with their products, totally worth the $$, especially for those of us with super sensitive skin.
