I started thursday of last week and its been hard to cut out dairy and eggs. Lots of things have eggs and milk in it. I have been very bloated. The next hardest thing is soda pop and sugar period. I have been drinking lots of water. I have been having muscle spasms, I hoping this is normal? I still have to get the hang of eating this way, not very easy. My engergy level has been pretty good. I haven't really lost any weight though. I am hoping this gets easier. Does anybody have words of wisdom?
