Hi Jason,
I've found a lot of videos online of Alicia doing various interviews regarding The Kind Diet. I really enjoyed watching them and thought other people might to and it would be great if they were maybe posted or linked to this sight somehow.

I feel the same way! There are great videos on the Oprah website of Alicia doing cooking demos, and I would like to see more of that on the site. It's great to have a visual of some of the ingredients used (especially for those of us just starting out). Not to mention Alicia is so cute and inspiring! :) ~ Sarah
