Hey everyone,

I've been vegan for about two months now, hooray!, and I'm looking into going superhero/ macrobiotic. I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for macrobiotic reading besides the hip chick's guide? I'm looking for something a little more comprehensive than that. Thanks :)

May I suggest the following book: The Macrobiotic Way By Michio Kushi
Also, please check out Christina Pirello's web site. Please read "My Story" on the website "Christina Cooks" and check out her books.

Best wishes.

I got a fabulous cookbook today: Modern Day Macrobiotics by Simon Brown.

It is very easy to read and understand, lots of food-information, foodplans and recipes.

Very practical and for everyone, especially if you - like me - want to know more, understand more and very practical guidance in eating and cooking superhero food! It got me cooking right away

I highly recommend it :)

I've been really enjoying "Love Sanae, Healing Vegan Macrobiotic cooking" by Sanae Suzuki. Beautiful photos, and she goes through a lot of the basics.
