My boyfriend bought me the book for my birthday. It's awesome, totally recommend, I feel equipted to finally make the jump to superhero. The hardest part will be nightshades and limiting fruit but I am giving it a whirl. One thing that will be hard is cooking every day or every other day. I tend to make a bunch of stuff at once that we live off for most of the week. Jessica Porter does not recommend this. I will do my best. I did discover that Kale shakes are so awesome, so this a great way to get a raw protein smoothie in and limit and cut down on the fruit. Since I live in Michigan berries will be in season soon, so I can't wait to use these in the shakes. Nothing beat a Michigan blueberry- TDF!!! I am so excited to do this thing when I get back from Florida next week. I figure 75% superhero 25% vegan would be good platform. I hate the microwave anyway! It's summer now so it's so unneeded. The only time I use it is at work. Thinking eggless salad and tempeh salad sandwiches and rice salads are perfect for work!!!
