Hey! Does anyone have a recipe for making your own chocolate? I found something the other day and forgot to bookmark the recipe! I know it was agave and cocao... I have no idea how much or if there were other ingredients. I'm about to just try something myself, but I specifically didn't buy the chocolate chips because I thought I had this recipe.

Anyone?

Well... I experimented with it myself. I can't give the exact ingredients, but I mixed the agave nectar and cocoa powder together first. It tasted a little like chocolate, but it could've been better. So I added more agave and more cocoa and then a little ground cinnamon and about half a tsp of coconut and it was sooooo delicious! I ended up with about 1/2 a cup of chocolate. Really yummy!

Just last night I melted non-dairy grain sweetened chocolate chips and added a little vanilla soymilk and dunked one of those sweet sarah toasted coconut marshmellows in it, and it was pretty good! Then I tried dunking some dried apricots, that was ok but not as good as the marshmellows;-)

Found a website that has a bunch of homemade chocolate recipes, I'm sure they can be made vegan by a few adjustments :)
