Lol, I have been wondering the same thing since I planted some having never eaten it before! My plan (tentatively) was to put some in a salad, or the good old standby of sauteing it with EVOO, garlic and salt. Maybe adding some balsamic vinegar? I hope that's at least a tiny bit helpful...
