Yay, I am so glad to see love for Darbster! I think i've been once a week for the past month or two. Chloe, I took my mom there last weekend too and she loved it. She ordered the Chikn with mushroom gravy and I had the raw beet ravioli. Both were fantastic. The tempeh reuben is awesome, but the palm cakes were too oily for me. I think the specials are always the best! My non-veg friends LOVE the veggie burger. You gotta try the brunch - the tofu scramble is yummmm!!
Chelsea, I was just at 4th Gen last night for the raw prep class. He made raw tuna salad and it was the best i've ever had - vegan or raw. Aren't those little enchiladas crazy good?! As far as Darbster goes, I'm really impressed with the raw chef. When they first opened, they were definitely struggling getting the recipes and flavors right, but now things are consistent and delicious. All of their raw food and salads are organic too! They even have raw pancakes with eggplant bacon and portobello mushrooom sausage for Sunday Brunch sometimes.
With all these South Florida vegans, would anyone be interested in a Kind Diet lovers meetup at Darbster sometime? :)

There's a great vegan caterer in Fort Lauderdale. I'm sure they could help you find a hall if you used their services. I've used them at my house several times. They are great!

Ahhh I just noticed the responses! Is anyone available to meet for brunch at Darbster on July 25th?? Kinda soon.. next weekend, but let me know if anyone has any other ideas!

SoFlo vegan friends of mine were looking for the same thing... they catered food from Darbster (awesome!) including Palm Cakes, chicken tenders, sliders and quesadillas and custom ordered a vegan peanut butter and chocolate layer cake from Cupcake Couture in Delray Beach. (They're not a vegan shop but can make vegan cakes and when we visited they had two vegan cupcake flavors available. ) http://cupcakecoutureusa.com/
