Please accept our apology for the delay in processing your return. The delay in processing your credit (as well as one other customer as well) was an error on our part and not standard practice. Because of this problem however, we have revamped our returns process and hope it will avoid these problems in the future. We're not perfect and sometimes we make mistakes.

As for our pricing, the only thing we would like to point out is the less expensive bags you find in Target and other department stores are usually manufactured using PVC and other forms of vinyl which often contain lead, cadmium and other toxic heavy metals from their processing. This then rubs off on your hands, your clothes and anything your bag comes in contact with.

The material we use is PVC and vinyl free and healthier for our customers and the environment. Its also recyclable and biodegradeable. It does cost significantly more however to make which translates to higher prices for our products, but we cannot in good conscience put out products that contain these toxic substances.
