CAFFEINE ADDICTION

I am addicted, don't need much but I was feeling listless this afternoon so made some Japanese Matcha with a splash of coconut milk creamer, the world seems instantly better!!!!!

I am addicted to tea and while I like the herbal stuff nothing quite does it like some green tea.

I agree! I broke the coffee habit, but am now addicted to yerba mate teas and green tea, oh well it's at least better than coffee.
How do you like coconut milk creamer? I've never tried it

I found that the more I started eating healthy and excercising more my body wanted less and less caffeine. I used to drink a ton of coffee till I started having stomach pain from it, and eventually I started getting stomach pains from even the caffeine in Mate or green tea. I drink kukicha now and I very rarely drink Mate.


Also once I started doing hot yoga I cut down on Caffeine a lot - with all the sweating I am doing, I have to drink a ton of water! When I drink caffeine I have to drink twice as much water to rehydrate afterwards so I found its just less of a hassle to let it go!

I LOVE coffee and went without for 2 months, then found dandilion/chicory "coffee" no caffeine but tastes like coffee. For a "latte" I heat up almond milk add the "coffee" crystals and a few drops of agave nectar...mmmmm
