Okay, so when I read the Kind Life, the one thing that I learned that I didn't know before is that I should be taking Flaxseed Oil for my Omega 3's... Oops. ><
My problem is that when I went to Whole Foods to buy some, there were like 20 different kinds. Since the blurb in Alicia's book was relatively small, I need some guidance on what kind I should be taking. I did see one that was specifically geared towards women, but I want to be 100% sure.
